I was running Behind the Diary from a different city every week. No Notion template/ task list ever kept up.

Three and a half years scaling a YouTube channel from the road. Travelling all over the world. I was doing 54 flights in 54 weeks trying to keep a grasp of tasks, ideas in Notes, opportunities and people!

Do I need to be a Notion expert?

No. If you can copy-paste, you can set this up. The template arrives pre-wired — databases, views, relations, all done. The Start Here page walks you through the rest in plain English.

What if I already use Notion?

Perfect. Duplicate it straight into your existing workspace — it lives alongside everything else you've already built. Nothing to migrate, nothing to break.

What Notion plan do I need?

Any paid plan with Notion AI enabled (~£13/mo). The SOP layer is what turns the template into an operating system — and the SOP runs on Notion AI.

Is this a subscription?

How long does setup actually take?
